RESERVATION REPORT-45th Reunion Oct. 6, 2007
10/24/07 (and other trivia!)
583 Classmates in Database
158 Reservations 27% attended
397 Validated Addresses

137 Lost or not validated (never responded to our letters, phone calls, etc.)
161 Reservations
2 (1 classmate/1guest) cancellations (10 days prior)-- refunded money
5 (3 classmates/2 guests) no shows--money not refunded
21 received in the final 10 days prior to event (inc. 2 cash that night)=13.3% of total
153 dinners called in 10/03/07 -- 2 more people called after that date and 3 showed that night (ALL paid and were fed!)
86 Prime rib, 68 Salmon, 5 Veggie, and EVERYONE had dessert!
110 classmates attended and balance were spouses or guests=27.8% of 397 FOUND
22 Directory/DVD packets mailed to classmates who did not attend. There are a few
Directories and DVD’s left if anyone asks for them.
40 people indicated plans to attend the tour of Lincoln on Friday, Oct. 5.
30 were counted attending

3035 hits on the website as of 10/24/07 (some of them were obviously Johnny and Betty making changes and updates, but majority were others checking it out!)
